Colby Events, the event management division of Colby Solutions Ltd, is aimed specifically at the international corporate market. We design and project-manage events in southern Spain, in locations such as Marbella, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande, and specialise in three particular types of event – sales incentives, team-building and planning/strategy meetings for management.

	1)	Incentives for sales teams and top performers - The right ‘carrot’ can do wonders for your sales figures by genuinely motivating individuals or a team to achieve monthly, quarterly or annual targets. We work with budget holders to devise incentives that employees really do want to ‘win’, but that are also affordable and measurable.
